The International Cafe is located on the Piazza on Deck 5 and seems to be open all times of day.
They serve breakfast items in the morning, sandwiches etc in the afternoon, and very good pastry items all day.
Its an easy stop for breakfast on a port day or when you don't want a dining room meal.
